At Eagle Creek, we stand behind the durability of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition. If your purchase doesn't meet your travel needs, we make the exchange or refund process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
